Requirements for this procedure:
- You are born before 01.01.1993;
- You are a descendant of a German national or a person of German ethnicity, who lived on the territory of the former Soviet Union was at least 16 years old as of June 1945;
- You are ready to pass a German language test for level B1 (and your spouse and (grand-)children older than 18 - for level A1);
- You are ready to declare yourself a German in official document.
